The Flow-Connect is a multipurpose flow computer that is suitable for fluids and physical quantities. The controller is appropriate for almost any pump and flow meter for laboratory and R&D tests or industrial control cabinets. When connecting the pump and meter, you create a flow or pressure control system to measure the flow rate. We understand that no installation is the same, and that is why we create tailor-made solutions for a flow control system if required. This way, we adapt the Flow-Connect to your wishes!
The possibilities of the Flow-Connect
You can use the Flow-Connect for a variety of applications. It is easy to use, and it requires no programming skills. The controller is not only suitable for R&D and laboratory tests, but the flow control system is also applicable for machine builders who are looking for a dedicated flow rate controller. The flow computer is standard equipped with four modes:
Pump Control
Flow Control
Batch Control
Other Sensor Control
In pump control mode, you adjust the pump speed between 0 and 100%. The flow rate will be displayed when a flow meter is connected. You can also connect additional sensors to the flow computer. When you choose the flow control mode, the controller regulates the pump speed to reach the required flow rate. The pump speed is adjusted based on the flow meter output. The built-in universal PID controller maintains the flow, even if the conditions change. When you use the Flow-Connect as a batch controller, it controls the flow volume to reach the desired pre-set dose volume. The flow computer also works with additional sensors, such as a temperature sensor. The flow rate controller does not only display the sensor, but it also controls the flow to a pre-set value, which guarantees a constant temperature. This makes the flow control system very useful as a controller for R&D and laboratory trials.
